All Levels Welcome
The Swiss Team format may be familiar to some and new to others. The bottom line is that it is fun and simple to follow. All levels of players are welcome to participate. We play an average of 24 boards depending on the number of teams.
In-Person at Game Friendzy
12:30 pm: Game begins (please arrive at least 15 minutes before game).
Fee:$10/player
Special game fee: $12/player
Preregistration is required, the earlier, the better (details below). Registration closes the Friday before the game.
What is a Team?
Teams consist of four players/two partnerships, but the bidding, auction, and play are the same as regular duplicate bridge games.
Looking for a Team?
If you would like to play in the Dupli-Swiss Teams event but don’t have a partner, or have a partner but not a team, please talk to Bernadette. We have players looking for people to fill teams and she will help connect you.
More about the Day
This kick-off event aims to introduce Dupli-Swiss Teams to players who have never tried Swiss Teams before. We will play around 20 boards (depending on registration).
New to Teams?
A facilitator is available 45 minutes prior to game start to help you with the basics. Free of charge.
Masterpoints will be awarded and hand records available after the event.
Complimentary coffee and tea will be available.
